Twilight Nature Walks & Meditation
at the Greenburgh Nature Center 

Join Outdoor Nature Guide and mindfulness teacher Cindy Olsen for weekly nature walks through Westchester’s most beautiful nature centers. Learn more about the healing power of nature, then settle into a relaxing guided meditation outdoors and experience for yourself the healing powers of nature.

Mindful Parenting Circle

Feeling overwhelmed and anxious about managing your children’s unique school experience this year? Do you find you are putting self-care on the back burner? You are definitely not alone.  
Join Psychologist and Mindfulness Teacher Amy Gross on four Monday evenings (7:30 – 8:00 pm) for a Virtual Mindful Parenting Circle to learn ways to bring more calm into your home and navigate parenting during a pandemic. Each 30-minute themed class will provide instruction and a guided meditation, plus opportunities for Q&A and connection with other parents in a warm and welcoming community.

When grown children leave and return to the Nest

Join Positive Psychology Coach Caren Osten to learn tools and practices to help you build a fuller, more meaningful life in your roomier nest as the kids leave home. For some, those kids who have “flown the coop” are now returning home again. Through discussion and exercises grounded in positive psychology—the science of optimal well-being— discover ways to increase positivity, reduce stress, and nurture healthy and fulfilling relationships however your “nest” may currently be filled.
