The best thing you can do for yourself and your family is pause, take a deep breath, and find some calm so that you can relax, regroup, and recharge.

Join our Co-Founder and Mindfulness Expert, Cheryl Brause, for 45-minutes devoted to how to find a sense of calm and strength during this crazy time. The class will include a relaxing guided meditation to help you find some calm, suggestions and tips on how to stay calm, and time for a live discussion /  Q&A.
