Our Press Pause Classes are offered every Monday and Friday at 11:30 am – 12 pm.  These 30-minute meditation classes include a brief introduction 15-20 minute guided meditation and time for Q&A.  No better way to start and end your week than with some time to pause, connect and breathe! Press pause during your week to relax, recharge, and reset. This 30-minute class is a perfect way to add meditation to your day and includes a brief introduction, a 15-minute guided meditation and brief Q&A.

Mindful Movement For Better Digestion

Move Into Stillness

Join Erinn Chang, Certified Holistic Health Professional, to learn the keys to creating a comfortable, sustainable seat for meditating. Learn stretches, structural positions, and breath biomechanics to support your meditation. Includes 20 minutes of dedicated time in guided meditation, and time for Q&A. (Note: not a yoga or exercise class, but learn to move into stillness and quiet your mind and body. Open to anyone seeking a comfortable seat.)

Meditative Sound Bath

Sunday, March 22nd

3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Join Erinn Chang, Holistic Health Professional, for an incredible restorative experience! Recline for a guided meditative relaxation to soak in a “sound bath” –  powerful tones generated by crystal and brass singing bowls. These unique sounds are sonic vibrations known to dissolve tensions in mind and body for a deeply relaxing, centering effect. All levels, no experience needed. (Note: contraindicated for pregnancy, pace makers, and auditory conditions.)
