Join Cindy Olsen, Mindful Outdoor Guide, as we safely gather for a walk in the woods and a guided group meditation. We’ll take in the beauty of this season and the rich history of the lands at Hart’s Brook Park and Preserve in Hartsdale. We’ll stand at the secluded pond and cultivate our peace and connection as a community in a guided meditation.
