Pause Outdoors

Join Cindy Olsen, Pause to be Present teacher and local naturalist, for insights into what’s happening in the natural world as she leas us into the forest where we’ll gather to drop in to a guided meditation as a community surrounded by the beauty and fresh air of the natural world. Our time together will not only nourish us, but will also offer something back to the land we enjoy as we will donate a portion of the proceeds to the organizations that steward the lands Cost: $25 with a portion of proceeds donated to the land steward organizations.
