Pause Outdoors

Join Cindy Olsen, Pause to be Present teacher and local naturalist, for insights into what’s happening in the natural world as she leas us into the forest for an evening walk where we’ll gather to drop in to a guided meditation as a community surrounded by the beauty and fresh air of the natural world. Our time together will not only nourish us, but will also offer something back to the land we enjoy as we will donate a portion of the proceeds to the organizations that steward the lands 
Cost: $25 with a portion of proceeds donated to the land steward organizations.
(No member discount for this program).

Fall Silent Meditation

Take a break from the busyness and noise of your daily life and experience the power of quiet and stillness. Join our Co-Founder, Cheryl Vigder Brause, who will lead this silent retreat to explore mindfulness through sitting and walking meditations, silent meals, dharma talks and yoga.

Give yourself the gift of time and space over this weekend retreat and plunge into the natural surroundings of this beautiful setting to reestablish a connection with your authentic self. All you need to do is simply arrive and settle in to find clarity of mind, softness of heart, and stillness within.

Into Meditation

Mental health is a key component of physical well-being and overall wellness. Join our Co-Founder and head teacher Cheryl Brause to explore and learn how ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness practices can help you navigate the uncertainties and challenges of life. Learn tools to stay healthy, happy and calm. Dive deeply into your personal meditation practice and feel the power and support of group meditation.
Wednesdays from 9:30 am – 10: 30 am starting June 9th. We will meet twice monthly.  
All sessions are recorded and available for viewing On-Demand.
