Mindful Parenting Circle

Feeling overwhelmed and anxious about managing your children’s unique school experience this year? Do you find you are putting self-care on the back burner? You are definitely not alone. Creating space in our busy days to just Pause and Be is crucial during this time of the year. There is a reason the airlines instruct us to first put on our own air masks before assisting our children with theirs. It is when we take care of ourselves that our children feel more held, safe, and secure. 
 
Join Psychologist and Mindfulness Teacher Amy Gross on four Monday evenings (7:30 – 8:00 pm) for a Virtual Mindful Parenting Circle to learn ways to bring more calm into your home and navigate parenting during a pandemic. Each 30-minute themed class will provide instruction and a guided meditation, plus opportunities for Q&A and connection with other parents in a warm and welcoming community.  
 
WEEK ONE – 9/21 – Staying Grounded and Calm in Uncertain Times
