(3) CHECK – please send check to: Pause to be Present, 210 Clayton Road Scarsdale, New York 10583 (Checks should be payable to Pause Meditation, LLC), OR
(4) CREDIT CARD* (a 2.9% processing fee will be charged for all payments made by credit card)

Once we receive your booking form and payment, we will send you a confirmation email of your completed booking.
