Community Sangha

Join us for a monthly Dharma talk, community meditation and gathering at our Pause to be Present studio.  We look forward to sitting together to breathe, connect and be!

 

This is an open meditation class for all levels and no experience necessary!  This class will take place the night before Election Day which may be very helpful and is a great way to wind down after a long day by joining in community to breathe, connect and be more relaxed before bedtime!
