Pause to be Present Fall Wellness Retreat Package Payment Policy: The Pause to be Present Wellness Retreat package rates are in USD per person. Upon receiving the reservation form, a confirmation from Pause to be Present will be emailed to you to let you know that you have secured the room and a courtesy hold will be in effect for 48 hours (2 days) until we receive full payment. If the payment is not received within 48 hours, the room reservation will be released. Client Refund Policy A reservation for this retreat requires payment in full at the time of booking to secure the room due to limited availability. Cancellation Policy: - 90% refund for cancellation by Thursday, August 31st - 50% refund for cancellation by Monday, October 2, 2023 (30-59 days before retreat start date) - 0% deposit refund for cancellation after October 3, 2023 (less than 29 days before retreat start date) Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early from the retreat. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days before the retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation, and the above policy will apply. Pause to be Present Cancelation Policy: Pause to be Present reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time. If Pause to be Present must cancel the retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to a future retreat or you may request a full refund of your payment. Pause to be Present is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
