Cheryl Vigder Brause
Cheryl is a nationally recognized mindfulness and meditation expert, specializing in teaching people how to apply ancient practices to their modern lives for greater peace, less stress, and more joy. She has worked with corporate clients, in schools, and with people across the country, teaching how to manage stress, boost happiness, and live their best lives. Once a corporate litigator and investment banker, Cheryl has spent the last decade creating and leading hundreds of programs and teaching the transformative practice of mindfulness meditation to thousands of adults, teens, and children. She specializes in teaching accessible practices to bring mindfulness into your life each day, stress reduction, and mindfulness for sleep.

Cindy is a an award-winning certified mindful outdoor guide, meditation teacher and the founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. She believes disconnection is the root of suffering, Her work helps people reconnect—with their inner wisdom, with others, and with the natural world. Through meditation and mindful presence, Cindy supports people in rediscovering their innate goodness and learning from the wisdom that surrounds us.

Discover what becomes possible when practice meets the natural world. During this private, in-person experience at a location convenient to you, you’ll be guided on a nourishing journey that weaves together mindful movement, meditation, immersive time in nature, and a ceremonial tea practice.

Heart-Share Practice – Virtual
Need help processing something out loud without the listener needing to fix, change, judge or relate to your experience? Heart share is practice of conscious sharing and listening. You will be offered simple reflections that mirror important wisdom from your own share.

Glenna Lee
Glenna has cultivated a niche in guiding others to care for, better understand and appreciate themselves. She has devoted her life toward introspection, compassion, and finding peace within. She has served as an educator for both children and adults for over twenty years. Through her training at Pause to be Present and The Forest Therapy School, she has received certification in guiding meditation and leading forest therapy, bringing people into nature to meditate. Glenna offers her clients the opportunity to find grounding and acceptance in exactly where they may be while cultivating patience and hope.
She is a believer that anyone who has spent more than a moment on earth has something deserving of healing and looks forward to beginning this process for her clients. Particular areas of expertise surround the college process for teens and parents, postpartum and perimenopause life changes, and aging with compassion.
