Pause to be Present Fall Wellness Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The Pause to be Present Wellness Retreat package rates are in USD per person. Upon receiving the Booking Form, a confirmation from Pause to be Present will be emailed to you to let you know that you have secured the room and a courtesy hold will be in effect for 48 hours (2 days) until we receive full payment. If the payment is not received within 48 hours, the room reservation will be released.

Client Refund Policy: A reservation for this retreat requires payment in full at the time of booking to secure the room due to limited availability. Cancellation Policy: Once booked and paid in full, you can receive a 50% refund for cancellation on or before November 4th, 2025. No refund will be given for cancellation after November 4, 2025. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early from the retreat.

Pause to be Present Cancellation Policy: Pause to be Present reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time. If Pause to be Present must cancel the retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to a future retreat or you may request a full refund of your payment. Pause to be Present is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Once you have read this policy, please return to the Booking Form and check the box in the Booking Form to agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
