“Sitting still is a way of falling in love with the world and everything in it.”
Pico Iyer, The Art of Stillness

“Silence allows for a heightened sense of intimacy with the world.  In sustained silence our senses become more acute, and both the inner and outer world can appear to us with greater clarity. ”

– Gil Fronsdale

Take a break from the busyness and noise of your daily life and experience the power of quiet and stillness. Join our Co-Founder, Cheryl Vigder Brause, who will lead this silent retreat to explore mindfulness through sitting and walking meditations, silent meals, dharma talks and yoga.

Give yourself the gift of time and space over this weekend retreat and plunge into the natural surroundings of this beautiful setting to reestablish a connection with your authentic self. All you need to do is simply arrive and settle in to find clarity of mind, softness of heart, and stillness within.
